What is the aluminium composite mosaic?Royllent aluminium composite mosaic tiles are made by 0.15mm thickness decorative aluminium foil and different recycled plastic(pe) therefore manufacturing process is recycled.This mosaic tile can be available for self adhesive backside and mesh(net) mounted backside for different environment.It is a high glass and interior decorative material.It is widely used in office,star hotel, restaurant ,shop and house decoration.
Each of our aluminium mosaic tiles come in variety of finishes and sizes available in different grain.The grain is the direction the brushed ,hammered or patterned finish is applied to the tile.The grain directions and use of different sizes or adding mirror tiles allow you to create unique looks because the way light reflects from different grain directions and glass is completely distinctive.More important that it is very light(about 5kgs/sqm),it will be a safety product for your home deco unlike any other tiles.

5.Introduction of processing:
I.Aluminium foil brushed,coating and printing
1.Brushing aluminium coil,and treat by degrease and cleaning,and then coating aluminum coil surface by polyester paint.
1.1 brushing:Use brushing machine to treat aluminium coil,to make clear hair lines on the surface of aluminium coil.
1.2 degrease:Put brushed aluminium coil on production line,through degrease,in order to clean the surface of oil and improve the adhesion of lacquer.
1.3 cleaning:Flushing aluminium foil with clean water under normal temperature.
1.4 parching:Make aluminium foil dry by oven.Temperature:60-70ºc,time:30s.
1.5 coating:Coating polyester lacquer on the surface of aluminium coil.
1.6 parching:Make the lacquer dry quickly by oven.Temperature:230-245ºc,time:95s-100s.
1.7 cutting:Cutting coated aluminium coil into sheet form.
2.Printing aluminium foil
Put one sheet coated aluminium foil on pressure machine, and use hot pressing machine to print the pattern on aluminium foil.Pressure:1500metric ton, time:60s-80s
Ii.Panel compound
1.Adhesive film:Use laminating machine and put adhesive film on both side of plastic core and aluminium foil;
2.Compound:Put 2 sheet aluminium foil and one plastic panel together and then compound them into sandwich panel.
3.Embossed:Use single heavy pressure machine to emboss compound panel.
Iii.Punched:Use punch machine to make panel into small chips
( 25mmx25mm,10x20mm,50x50mm and so on)
Iv.Inlay together:Put small chips on mosaic mould one by one by hand and assemble them into various pattern, the sheet size of final product will be about different size.
V.Sticker mosaic sheets by self-adhesive film or mesh/net;
Vi.Covered by plastic protect film
Vii.Packed in carton and wooden case
